Although this house plan is
a compressed layout, it contains all the elements of average sizes with
connection. Opening the plan is a porch providing a perfect welcome to the
living room of this modern bungalow house. This living room has a comfortable
L-shaped couch facing the main door and a complete entertainment set. The three
bedrooms form a triangular formation with the master’s bedroom sitting on the
front right corner whereas the other two on the opposite corner beside each
other. Although small in areas, all bedrooms have individual walk-in-closets
and coffered ceiling with perimeter lightings. The dining room joins to the efficient and practical L-shaped kitchen at
the right corner while a service area is located at the back of the kitchen. As
can be seen, the design is an open and free flowing for easy meal service. The
dining and kitchen shared a combined dimension of 2.7 x 4.2 meters. One unit of
T&B sits in the middle of the master’s bedroom and the other room while the
