This house plan has an area of 82 m² which requires a 167 m² lot area to build. In order to comply with the building legal requirements, the concept provides 1.5 meters setback on the sides and back. This design sits in a rectangular lot with floor dimension of 7.0 meters frontage and 11.725 meters sideways. On the other hand, the lot measures 10.0 x 16.7 meters. Since the floor area is of average size, then planning takes easier in arranging the elements. The significant features include the covered porch, living and dining rooms, kitchens, 3 bedrooms and 2 T&B. Since the size is rectangular, then it is easier to plan and and layout the rooms. In short, they are arranged in two rectangular sections as well. The first row has the living room, dining room, kitchen and dirty kitchen form one line while the bedroom and T&B occupies the second row. A single assembly of gable roof protects the structure. Using green colored sheets creates a nice combination. The gable roof has an average pitch that generates a calculated proportion with respect to the size of the building. That is to say that this is an advantage to accommodate sufficient air and light supply for good ventilation.
