The entrance is covered by a canopy concrete slab which
opens to a double swing door to the receiving area. This modern house design is
layed out to serve also as a duplex house as you can see in the floor plan. The
left part consist of a bedroom with 4 x 3.5 meters in size. Guest room is also
included in this area. The right side consist the same as the left side making
it a duplex house. The dining and kitchen is 6 by 4 meters in size making it
spacious to accommodate the sizable occupants.
Garage is optional in this small house design and can be added according
to owners preference.
